Migdal Or mural

For a private event at Migdal Or, I designed a mural that brought the guests and the children of Migdal Or together through painting.

The imagery drew on the spirit of Migdal Or and the values at the heart of Rabbi Yitzchak David Grossman’s work: generosity, community, and care for others. Illustrations, symbols, and words came together in a composition designed to welcome both the guests and their contributions.

I prepared the illustrated outlines in advance, leaving room for participants to bring the wall to life with colors. During the event, the guests painted alongside one another, each adding their own touch to the larger picture.

For me, the heart of this project was the connection between an individual gesture and a shared work. Each person painted a small part, while helping create something bigger.

The finished mural remained at Migdal Or, continuing to shine a light on the values of kindness, generosity, and community that give the place its spirit.
